The company has been formed by four brothers. Three of the shareholders are also the
Directors that run the day-to-day operations. In addition, the company employs a Sales
Manager, a Lettings manager, a mortgage advisor and a Land Acquiring specialist.
Prior to the development, Shaban Properties four directors were initially involved in the rag trade for many years, before moving into the Property markets a decade ago. However, they still have a highly successful retail and manufacturing business today.
The four directors based in the UK have achieved some great milestones for Shaban Properties Ltd. One of the major achievements was to donate assets to the company to help strengthen the companies’ status at the initial state of growth.
Sales & Lettings Manager
Recently graduated from City University in Economics and Sociology. In his first year, worked as Investment Banker for Abn Amro and then moved to Citigroup in Docklands. Our Sales manager is quickly getting up to speed with the real estate business and is providing valuable input into the sales, lettings and marketing side purchases. He is currently learning about the real estate construction market and will be adding valuable advice to potential buyers.
Land Acquiring Specialist
Our specialist land acquiring member graduated in 2002. He left University and started a FX currency broking company for two years in Central London and then moved to working for BP in Docklands. He has now joined Shaban Properties Ltd based in the UK, and has helped gain a vast quantity of development land in the midlands, which are our ongoing projects currently for the period 2006-2009.
Mortgage Advisor
Our highly experienced mortgage advisor initially started off in telesales and was very influential in advising people in the best way of marketing telephone cards to call abroad. However with the property market being on the up and ever-rising, there was a need for a change of career but maintaining the provision of advice, which he felt was his best quality. He therefore took on to become a mortgage advisor, and ever since has only flourished in working for major mortgage consulting companies.
