Fees & Services
7.5% of the gross rental due for the entire duration of tenancy agreement
- Initially we will arrange accompanied viewing for potential tenants
- Ensuring a compliance with current Gas, Electricity & Furniture safety regulations prior to tenant taking occupation
- Carryout an inventory of all the contents within the property and the condition that specific items are in (Carpets, Curtains, e.t.c) and “Check In”
- Draw up a relevant contractual agreement (usually a section 20 Notice and an assured Short Hold Tenancy in conjunction with the housing act 1988)
- Arrange rent payment into an account of your choice, or arrange a suitable alternative
- Forward to you rent, less the amount agreed by us as our fee – paid directly into your designated account of your choice, send you a cheque or arrange for you to collect the amount from our office.

Once the tenancy draws to a close, we will issue on your behalf, should you wish, the standard notice requiring possession (section 21-1- B Housing Act 1988) to abide by the law and order. |
